Integrating Zammad with External Tools – Any Tips or Experiences?

Hi everyone,

I’ve been exploring Zammad for our support team, and so far, I really like how clean and user-friendly it is. We’re considering using it as a central hub for tickets, but I’m wondering if anyone here has experience integrating Zammad with other tools..especially project management platforms.

Specifically, I’m looking into connecting it with JIRA or something similar to bridge our support and dev teams more smoothly. I’ve recently started a JIRA Course to better understand how workflows function, and now I’m curious if anyone here has made Zammad and JIRA work well together?

What’s the setup like? Are there any common issues or things I should avoid before diving in too deep?

Would really appreciate any insights, examples, or just general thoughts on tool integration with Zammad. We’re a small team, so the simpler the better..but I’m open to ideas.
