Installation of zammad 6.4 from dl.packager.io fails

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.3.1-1729263800.69400098.focal
  • Used Zammad installation type: .deb package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 20.04

Expected behavior:

  • Package updates to zammad 6.4.0 + dependencies are installed via apt repo dl.packager.io

Actual behavior:

  • zammad packages cannot be updated to 6.4.0, apt dist-upgrade fails with this error:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • update zammad debian package installation from latest 6.3.1 to current 6.4.0 using apt-get update/apt dist-upgrade

Also the packages build just fine, there is no error. pnpm is available in the build, it clearly states.

Looks like it’s a local problem on your end.

It was a network hiccup over at packager dot io (confirmed by one of their employees, I contacted them separately).

Problem solved for now (except for a missing icon and some pnpm warnings during “dpkg-reconfigure zammad”).
