I like to use an individual appointment sometime in a ticket.
Then we like to have a info e-mail three days and one day before the appointment run out.
- I set up a new datetime object of the tickets in the database
- and some Automations for the info e-mai
My problem is:
- I can set in new or old ticket a datetime in the past!!!???
But in the object it isn’t allowed.
Why I can set a date in the past in a ticket? Thanks in advance.
