Inactive ticket email trigger


I hope this question is not duplicate, as I could not find anything similar on the web or on support forum.

I want to create a trigger that will email specific user after there were no updates on the ticket in given time period (lets say 72 or 48 hours).
For example:
The ticket was received, and after the ticket was initially populated with fields, there were no further changes or update to the ticket. After 72 hours, I should receive notification informing me of inactivity.

I have tried using trigger Action with various variables, but without success.
Could you please assist?
