Inactive buttons "create a new record" and "update existing records" in the organizations - import tab

Expected behavior:

  • Make checkboxes active

Actual behavior:

  • The checkboxes are inactive now

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

We have a group, let’s call it “group No. 1”. We have both our employees who are engaged in support, and third-party employees who do not have access to our system and we sent them the application data via mail, and our internal employees respond in the ticket system itself. And so the question is:
Is there any way to set up so that when the application is transferred to the group “group No. 1”, the application history is automatically sent additionally to third-party colleagues by mail (who do not have access to the ticket system). At the moment, I understand that you can link their mail to this group “group No. 1” and they will receive a notification by mail, but it is not informative, it will indicate that an application has been assigned to your group, but there is no information about the application. No that’s not possible. Triggers can currently only use the article body the trigger is triggered by.
