Improving Management of User Profiles

When editing users, I would like a few convenience features:

  • Immediately Show a handful of Organizations when selecting the respective field in user account edit - there might be so few that the selection can be made without typing.
  • Defining email aliases: Customers and Agents frequently use multiple addresses.
    There should be a primary one used for new outgoing communication, but extra addresses should be available to automatically link tickets from those.
