Will there be time accounting improvements?

Like…
changing time units - hh:mm
Add a note in the count of time

By now you can already configure your preferred time unit.
The second part is something I do not understand. It would need a much more detailed input that what’s there.

I will move this request to “finished” - only for the first part. The second needs explanation, sorry.
