Is it possible to import tickets from GLPI (or maybe csv file) ? How ?

Ticket import via CSV is not possible, but you could use Zammads API:

This will require manual fiddling (while I don’t know what GLPI can provide you to have your migration easier)
It is a little bit too complex to me.
