[implemented] Customer wants to change display of ticket date if younger than 7 days

We have that wants to use the long dates (e.g. Friday 17.08.2018 11:42), but wants to have an option that this also applies to Tickets that are younger than 8 days. Right now, tickets that are up to 7 days old will be displayed as: “Friday 11:42”.

This Feature would make the display more consequent and would get closer to the feel of most E-Mail-Clients (like Outlook for example).

In my opinion this Feature should be a third option to the two existing ones.
