we are currently trying to set up our e-mail for ticket creation.
We are trying to connect via IMAP to imap-mail.outlook.com with SSL and port 993.
Unfortunately the login fails, but I also don’t get other information other than “failed”.
I can log in via outlook just fine, but not here.
It’s a company e-mail, so not sure if there is something blocking it?
I’m assuming since you are on 4.1, you are missing the ability to properly authenticate with MS 365. You will need to update to the latest version of Zammad.
