Ignore out of office (auto-submitted)

Expected behavior:

That the auto-submitted e-mails would be ignored.
Like out-of-office responses

Actual behavior:

Out-of-Office e-mails are still added to the ticket

Hi @fliebe92, unfortunately I don’t have an out-of-office email without any personal details, but this is part of the email header:

Auto-Submitted: auto-generated

Maybe you can strip out all personal details. Without a mail, I cannot help any further.

What is the best way to get this file to you?

Maybe you can just paste the content here? Or try renaming it to *.txt?
