Currently we get a notification for EVERY change to a ticket.
This causes the number (top left next to the search field) to skyrocket.
We only want ONE notification per ticket.
If, for example, I receive 2 changes for a ticket (e.g. through 2 new emails for this ticket)
then I also see 2 further notifications.
We would find it better to only see one notification in this case. Since it is only for one ticket.
We think that it is stressful when there are a large number of notifications but only a few tickets are affected.
In addition, it is pointless clicking to delete these notifications.
