Expected behavior:
- I want to customize some ticket states, but I also want to set them as the default values for creating new tickets. How should I do this? I tried setting
default_follow_upto1in MySQL, but it didn’t work. When creating a new ticket, it still shows a ‘-’.I want to set it to “In Progress” or a value I specified.
