I Noticed on Mention Features

Good Day,

First congratulations for the new zammad update, the mobile friendly and the mention features is sweet and awesome new features.

Below are the list I noticed on mention features when I test new Zammad 4.0
( dont know if someone already posted this)
(and please advise if there is workaround or I missed some settings )

1. If you are the owner of the ticket you also have permission to remove or unsubcribe the agent.

  • This is for accidentally or wrong choice of agent you mention

2. Send a note with Mentioned one agent then after few second delete the note or message you sent
*Noticed that the agent you mentioned is still subcribe to the ticket even you deleted the note you sent (name included)
