I can't import an unprocessable email

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.3.1
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: debian 11

Expected behavior:

I would like to try to retrieve unprocessable mail.
the rake command doesn’t work, why?

context: Because I have all the mails from a particular box (microsoft outlook) that are no longer fetched. I don’t understand why, are there any logs?

please use zammad run rake ... instead of zammad run rails rake ....

do you have any idea why the mails in an outlook box are read by zammad but not processed? 2FA maybe not ?
