Hey i am new on zammad and if i want to add a specific user in a trigger it doesnt show up but i made users and cant add them

i asked about that blue box i cant find a user when mention a name can somebody help me?
Could you please explain more clearly what you’re trying to accomplish here and what the exact problem is? Maybe try using the template? It’s there for a reason.
Have you tried typing a name in the blue box? Does anything come up?
if i type a name nothing shows up i will explain later!
