I am not able to search the ticket in the timo applicaiton

Subject: Unable to Search in Zammad Application

Description: Hello Zammad Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue where I am unable to perform search operations in my Zammad application. The application does not return any results, even when I am sure the data exists.

Environment:

  • Zammad Version: zammad helm on gke
  • Deployment Type: Kubernetes on GCP gke
  • Web Server: Nginx
  • Database: External PostgreSQL
  • Components Running: Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Go to the search bar in the Zammad dashboard.
  2. Enter a known keyword that should return search results.
  3. Observe that no results are displayed, and no error message is shown.

Expected Behavior: The search bar should return relevant results based on the entered query.

Actual Behavior: No results are shown, and the page remains blank.

Logs & Screenshots:

  • Include relevant logs from the application and server-side logs.
  • Example log from Elasticsearch or any other error logs related to the search functionality.

Configuration Details:

  • Database Connection: [e.g., PostgreSQL, External IP: 100.64.0.8]

Additional Information:

  • The application is running on gcp gke and I am using an external PostgreSQL instance.
  • I have already verified that the database is connected correctly, and other functionalities are working fine.
