Subject: Unable to Search in Zammad Application
Description: Hello Zammad Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue where I am unable to perform search operations in my Zammad application. The application does not return any results, even when I am sure the data exists.
Environment:
- Zammad Version: zammad helm on gke
- Deployment Type: Kubernetes on GCP gke
- Web Server: Nginx
- Database: External PostgreSQL
- Components Running: Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Go to the search bar in the Zammad dashboard.
- Enter a known keyword that should return search results.
- Observe that no results are displayed, and no error message is shown.
Expected Behavior: The search bar should return relevant results based on the entered query.
Actual Behavior: No results are shown, and the page remains blank.
Logs & Screenshots:
- Include relevant logs from the application and server-side logs.
- Example log from Elasticsearch or any other error logs related to the search functionality.

Additional Information:
- The application is running on gcp gke and I am using an external PostgreSQL instance.
- I have already verified that the database is connected correctly, and other functionalities are working fine.
