HTML Processing Issues in eMails

  • Used Zammad version: 5.3.1-1673964147.88b9f618.bionic
  • Used Zammad installation type: package?
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 18.04.6 LTS
  • Browser + version: newest chrome

Expected behavior:

Script works

Actual behavior:

Script throws error

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

run script

Hello, from time to time I was using MrGenerations script for reprocessing failed emails. Right now it just throws an error, havent used it since a long time.
Did anything change?

Got that script btw from e.g. this question: Launch again HTML emails processing

In the first screenshot I was testing “article.as_raw” because error said something about content. But I also tried “article.as_raw.content” as the original script said.

Zammad 5.3 is terribly outdated. Please update to a current Zammad 6.2.

We are on Zammad 6.1.0-1700492762.96ac5a60.bionic

I tried the skript again right now. But “content” is still not known.

I went through the trouble and forced failed html processing on my test instance.
The provided commands in the old thread are still working perfectly fine.

If they’re not working for you, you most likely did not copy all the content correctly.
This is something I’m afraid I can’t help with.

Hi @MrGeneration thanks for testing. Good to know its just on our machine.
Wouldnt be the first time doing something wrong - but I guess im able to copy paste.
Probably I did something wrong while updating.

For now this isnt that important to us, so im gonna leave it here…
