looking for away to set a recurring job that creates a new job on the 2nd Wednesday of each month

A feature request on this forum would be the best for that.
Please also add use cases, we love use cases.

Example: every friday i need to make a backup check and verify.

every 1 st of the month i need to do something, and count hours.
