How to Make UNC Path Clickable in Zammad Ticket Notes?

  • Operating system: Debian
  • Browser + version: Chrome 131.0.6778.265

Expected behavior:

  • I would like to add the following path as a note in a Zammad ticket \fileserver\folder\subfolder. The goal is for customers to click the UNC link, which should open Windows Explorer and take them to the specified path.

Actual behavior:

  • When I add the path to a ticket, it is not clickable. As a result, customers must manually copy and paste the path into their windows explorer.

Question:

  • Is it possible to make the UNC path clickable? If so, how can this be configured?
