How to LDAP sync "Organization" field

  • Used Zammad version: 5.1.1
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu Server
  • Browser + version: Chrome

Expected behavior:

When I sync information of the agents using LDAP I expect that field “Organization” will be filled.

Actual behavior:

When I sync information of the agents using LDAP field “Organization” is empty (screenshots attached)

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Start LDAP sync from AD to sync agents from AD
  • open settings (Manage) - Users and you will see that sync of agents is ok but “Organization” field is empty

The synchronization of Nested Groups is not possible from The Zammad LDAP integration.
