How to get no follow up on peding till tickets


We have certain timed events in tickets and we would love to use timing these in Zammad.

Pending till now works until the customer replies to the ticket.
When the reply happens Pending till status is reset to open. We would like to have one of the following:

  • Pending till status with no follow up.
  • A Group with no follow up on Pending till status tickets.
    *so answers will open a new, different ticket.

Any help would be highly appreciated.
