How to generate ticket reports

I am quite new to the Zammad ticket system.
We consequently assign topics to our tickets. Now we would like to generate reports to see which topics we have the most tickets (over time and at specific points in time).
How can I generate these kinds of reports also regarding (e.g. handling time, number of tickets per month etc.)?

You can look at the Report Profiles option; however, it will depend on how/where/what these ‘topics’ are.
