How to edit system defined objects in zammad

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 5.0.x
  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …) Package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 20.04 LTS
  • Browser + version: Chrome 96.0.4664.110 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Expected behavior:

  • I should able to edit system defined objects in Tickets, User, Organization & Group in System – Objects

Actual behavior:

  • I can edit objects only which objects I have created not that which are already available there by default after zammad installation.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

You cannot edit default objects.
Especially the ones you’re talking about are technical references.
