Is it possible to assign a temporary email like “support@acme.com” to the zammad and have all emails from it appear as requests? Or, for example, any email with the subject “ticket” and have it entered into the zammad? I just don’t understand how or where to set this up, and I haven’t found any clear documentation.
You mean you haven’t found this documentation page about the email channel that tells you exactly how to add an email account with the options you have…?
You need a standalone account that’s only to be used by Zammad. No shared mail account whatsoever.

I don’t understand what steps need to be taken for Zammad to start collecting tickets from email and how this mechanism works in general.
