How to add "conditions for shown tickets"

Can you add a filter in this section? Our company has another Zammad database with a custom filter in that section. But I cannot figure out how to add one myself. Pic attached for reference

What do you mean with “another Zammad database” and “custom filter”?

These are not filters, but ticket ‘States’. You can create new states (depending on what version of Zammad you are using).

We have a Zammad Database for our support tickets and another zammad data base for the billing dept.

This still did not fix my issue. I had everything working fine for 4 months but they wants tweaks made to the system and Im not sure if that causes my problem when im getting duplicate tickets when I forward to one particular folder

Can you have 2 “pending til” contions for 2 folders? Ive had that set up before and each ticket went to the correct folder. Now the ticket is ending up in both folders for some reason.

I think you’re trying to communicate information without using terminologies.
Are you actually talking about two different database connections or are you talking about Groups in Zammad?

Different database connections are not supported in Zammad. Please describe what you’re trying to achieve and try to use Zammad terminology while doing it. Otherwise it will be a pain for both sides to understand and help. The admin documentation might also be a good starting point to start reading: https://admin-docs.zammad.org
