How to add a new ticket state?

  • Used Zammad version: 2.4.0
  • Used Zammad installation source: (source, package, …) Ubuntu
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
  • Browser + version: Chrome latest version

Hi guys,
can anyone tell me how to add a new ticket state to my ticket state list?
is this possible over UI or do i have to change that in the source code?

I have taken a look: It is not possible via UI - what do you want to achieve anyway? I’d not change source code for that as this may nuke the option to update zammad correctly.

Maybe there’s another approach?
