How to Activate Mail notifications to Customer

Hi,

Is there any possibility to activate/send mail notifications to the Customer, when an agent updates or closes the ticket? Kindly help me to resolve this.

You cannot enable Zammads notifications for customers.

However, you can use triggers for that. See Triggers — Zammad Admin Documentation documentation

I have set it like this but not receiving email notifications for the customer mail account. Kindly review this and help me to resolve,

What does your mail setup look like? We have MS365 configured as inbound channel, I discovered I had to configure an Email outbound channel before zammad started sending mails.
Also we do have a condition (“Action” “is” “updated”) in our “Message from agent: Notify customer” trigger - idk if that is redundant.
