How make a vision in customer portal?


  • Used Zammad version: latest
  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …) package
  • Operating system: ubuntu 20.04
  • Browser + version: chrome

i have a question
how make a “vision” in customer portal, when agent took the ticket to work ?
now i see only status and date
i need - when agent take ticket to work, in portal must be string “agent @name@ take ticket in work”
