Problem:
We are currently using an “external” ElasticSearch cluster for Zammad. So far I could only find instructions to specify a single ElasticSearch URL for Zammad (Set Up Elasticsearch — Zammad System Documentation documentation). However that defies the purpose of having an ElasticSearch cluster. Is there a way (and how) to configure multiple es_urls? I could not find any related instructions here or elsewhere.
If there is no way right now: Are there plans to implement this possibility and is there a timeframe for the implementation?
