Hosted instance mixed up with self-hosted instance

Infos:

• Browser + version: Google chrome 100.0.4896.127

Expected behavior:

• Show the Zammad “bird” on the login page

Actual behavior:

• The image from my onprem instance is shown

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Register a custom logon on your onprem instance
• Ask for a trial version of hosted zammad - hilfe42.zammad.com
• Logout
• Try to login again

This has nothing to do with on premise or not.

Thx. The logo was configured within my on prem instance. Then I asked for a hosted instance using a completely different domain and the logo showed up there. I don’t know why and I think it is an error. But never mind…

As I said. Clearbit and images.zammad.com are “clever”.

Your website actually holds the logo in question. It’s a feature.
