Hello,
Ever since the upgrade to Zammad 4.0, the drop down under ticket has disappeared and can’t change customers or view history anymore.
Sounds like a caching issue.
If you did double check that your browser is not at fault re-create your assets:
zammad run rake assets:precompile; systemctl restart zammad
