High Importance Emails not Flagged in Zammad as high priority

Used Zammad version: 6.5

  • Used Zammad installation type: source
  • Operating system: ubuntu 22.04
  • Browser + version: any

Expected behavior:

Customer Sets email as high importance, Zammad change priority to high

Actual behavior:

Zammad ignores this high importance, its not even an option in triggers to be able to use mail importance

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

send email from mail client (we use outlook 365) set email importance to high, Check Zammad and it shows nothing about the email being important
