High CPU Ruby Zammad

Hello,

I am getting 100% CPU when running Zammad causing the server to be very slow.

Note that no other application is running beside Zammad.

Please fill in the required information in the template you just skipped (e.g. Zammad-Version).
Also let us know what hardware specs you’re running Zammad on, meaning:

  • CPU cores (and speed)
  • guruanteed RAM of your server Zammad runs on/in
  • Storage (type e.g. SSD, HDD)

Another very useful information is what you’re doing in the moment the high cpu usuage appears (e.g. fetching many mails).

A production.log would be helpful as well.

the CPU consumption is high even if there is no activity on Zammad
