Hierarchy of Parent Group/ Nested Groups is not duplicated in Overviews

When using Groups and Subgroups the same hierarchy is not duplicated to views.

For example I have:

Main Group
Main Group >> Sub1
Main Group >> Sub2

Then I create an overview and condition to show Tickets from Main Group it should also encompass all Subgroups.

Right now I have to explicitely add each subgroup as condition otherwise they will not show up.

This sounds like a technical question.
If you have explicitly configured groups in your overviews, then yes, of course you’ll have to manually add each group that comes in new. No matter if they’re part of a hierarchy or not.

Zammad can not tell if the new sub group has to be part of a specific overview or not.
