Hiding some Customer List while creating new Tickets for some Groups

Hello,

we love Zammad!

However, we’re looking for a specific feature. I don’t want certain users to see all customers when creating a new ticket. I also think this is worth exploring for data privacy reasons. Ideally, not everyone should see all the customer email addresses who have ever contacted us. So it would be much better if I could restrict this to specific customer groups, or even better: limit the search as an administrator.

If this feature already exists, I would appreciate a brief explanation. Otherwise, I hope for your support and thank you in advance.
