I would like to hide some templates for some groups (supporting templates in core workflow could help).
I have many groups, and having different templates help them to work better, because they open many tickets to external organizations following a particular scheme, and only some templates are useful to some groups.
Now there is no such feature, and my templates list is becoming very long.
It’s ok, this is not a performance issue, but it’s not so nice for our agents.
As we have more than 30 agents, with hundreds of tickets per day, it could help.
