Hide and restrick an access to knowlegebase

• Used Zammad installation type:

Expected behavior:

• hide KB from menu etc

Actual behavior:

• KB still showing

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Create an role without reading checkbox, assign to user
  
  

but user still have access
