Expected behavior:
- Customers do not see agent address e-mail in zammad web
Actual behavior:
- Customer can see agent mail in messege details
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- I have changed Sender Format in settings to ‘System address display name’ and still in case of agent reply by mail to ticket, customer can see agent mail in Zammad web. We do not want that. Any ideas how to change that properly? Shown in image below
