Title: grouping for triggers and filters

1) What is your original issue/pain point you want to solve?
To make large sets of triggers and filters easier to navigate through, i would like to have the ability to group them into sections that relate. For example group them by service or Customer. Then all related triggers can be organised and neat

2) Which are one or two concrete situations where this problem hurts the most?
When there is a large number of triggers or filters, looking through the list of them can be difficult.

3) Why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard?
It does not support grouping them together.

4) What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve?
A collapsible bucket that filters can be categorised into to make locating them easier and neater for administration.
