Grafana: How to count articles created by agents

Hello,

I am running a Zammad 5.2.3 with Elastic Search.
I have connected an Grafana Instance to ES.
Now I want to create a metric that shows a time series with all articles created by agents.
I tried a little with the lucene queries but can’t figure out how to do it.

The result is not correct here because noone from our team write replies to the customer before 9 o’clock.

You didn’t have a look at the free dashboards we provide did you?

There’s actually a widget that would most likely help you with fiddling.
You basically need to differentiate the sender source.
