Just a how-to/is it possible type of question.
We’re going to use Zammad to reply to Ebay customer messages through their email integration since Ebay messaging sucks pretty hard and it’s getting tough to keep track of over time.
In every message that is sent from a customer Ebay attaches a Email Reference ID number that looks like this: Email reference id: [#a06-oxayxqrcxq#]_[#d48781a3ca2a4d4e9810d9e4062b85c4#]
It looks like it changes with every message and I’d like to have it automatically pasted in our replies but I can’t figure out a way to get it done. Can this be accomplished with existing features or are we in for a bunch of copying and pasting and forgetting to do that?

We found that setting the “Email- Full Quote” setting under individual tickets was the way to go. That includes the Email Ref. ID that Ebay is looking for in order to pass the message on to the right email for anyone else who is looking for this same info.
