User access via Google SSO or OpenLDAP
Hello,
I am looking for zammad as a our support ticketing system. Currently our user is located at Google G Suite and part is link up with OpenLDAP.
I would like to know does Zammad support those above features with any setup guide for reference?
Thanks!

This is a question regarding Single Sign On. We are using a Microsoft Active Directory in our company and the login works fine with ldap-sync.
Im wondering if SSO would be possible. I already tried to set it up using nginx, but it just won't work :-(
Is there an easy way to do it? Maybe one of you already set up Zammad with SSO? Would be nice if someone has an instruction or some examples how to implement it.
Thank you in advance.
@schmanat has a Blogpost regarding this too:
Please note that this currently needs a small code change within Zammad (not update safe at the moment) and a apache webserver. Another required fact is that the username has to be passed lowercase to Zammad, otherwise it will not find the user.
