Google Dialogflow Chatbot Integration with Zammad

Hi we have just updated to Zammad. Great Product!!! Love it!!.

  • Used Zammad version: 5.0.3
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: ubuntu 20.04 LTS
  • Browser + version: Chrome/Firefox

We have previously integrated Google Dialogflow on our previous platform and was wondering if anyone has successfully integrated this product into Zammad or if in fact this could be achieved.

Any suggestions or guiding lights would be appreciated.
