Title: Give access to certain report templates to customers

  1. What is your original issue/pain point you want to solve?

We would like customers to browse through reports that are relevant to them without them seeing reports they should not see

  1. Which are one or two concrete situations where this problem hurts the most?

If we want to give our clients a weekly or monthly report on our actions, how much time we spent, etc… we have to do it manually or use scripts or another app.

  1. Why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard?

We can only give access to everything from the report, we can’t choose a specific template.

  1. What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve?

Be able to choose who can see a reporting template would be great.
Another way to do it may be to only allow users to see the reports of the tickets they can read. Because I believe, right now anyone can see any ticket they want in the reporting section if they have access to said section.

  • Average concurrent agent count: 5
  • Average tickets a day: 30
  • What roles/people are involved: customers
