Gitlab Integration cannot see ticket on Zammad

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: latest in community
  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …) k8s cluster
  • Operating system: linux
  • Browser + version: chrome

Expected behavior:

  • added self-hosted gitlab intergration, can see ticket on zammad after raise issue on gitlab

Actual behavior:

  • added self-hosted gitlab intergration, but cannot see ticket on zammad after raise issue on gitlab. Cap screen for Gitlab integration, and see the gitlab token has been used once added in zammad. Any one can suggest me? thanks!

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

That’s not remotely what this integration does. It allows you to link your work items to Zammad tickets and see the state (and jump to them). But it doesn’t do anything more.
