Has anyone brought up the idea of being able to manage GitHub issues through Zammad? Whenever a new issue created, a new ticket would be created and be able to respond through Zammad.
Would be even better if there was a way to manage multiple GitHub repos as well.
As an extra bonus, open a new ticket when a pull request has been performed.
we are currently cleaning up our community and stumbled upon your request. Since Version 4.0 we have a Github Integration that can link Issues with tickets. For the further of your Idea, there was not much interest or communication from other users, so we would see this as not prioritized.
