  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …)
  • Operating system: ubuntu
  • Browser + version: latest version

Expected behavior:

Fetch response from specified third party API endpoint

Actual behavior:

We received the SSL error while accessing third party API

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Zammad 6.0 is drastically outdated and should be upgraded asap before anything else.
