Get more data from REST API?

i’ve tried to retrive data from rest api to PowerBI

but i can’t get all data from January because of the hard limit of 10000 records

is there another way to retrieve data for creating dashboard with all data securely?

Without knowing what endpoints etc. you are using, no chance to help you.

i used powerBI to retrieve data from zammad api

i read that i can use elasticsearch api to bypass the hard limit of 10000 records but now i’ve problem in setting up elasticsearch 8 because give me error xpack and i’ve setup properly the ssl certificate

And still you do not provide any information that where requested nor any error messages. You won’t get help that way if you force people to pull those information out of your nose permanently.
