i would like to have support for automatically handling incoming mails from monitoring systems. Currently there is support for mails from nagios, incinga and monit.
So i would like to have a similar, but more generic functionality, that should archive the following:
- define which mails to handle, so define a sender and maybe additional filters, e.g. subject contains a specific string.
- define filters to extract additional information from to mail body, subject and so on.
- define which additional information to use for down/recovered-detection
- define which additional information to use for identification of affected system
- activate/deactivate auto closing
- set auto closing state
- possibility to set this up independently for multiple mail senders.
